Key Requirements

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Industrial Civil Construction.
- Candidates must have only relevant Industrial Civil project experience.
- Experience in site execution, supervision, quality control, quantity checking, and contractor coordination.
- Should be able to read and understand structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, site measurements, BOQ, billing, and daily progress reporting.
- Good coordination skills with Project Manager, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Only candidates who are local to Gujarat / Gujarat-based candidates should apply.
- Candidates from residential, commercial, or purely building construction backgrounds will not be considered.
