The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily construction activities at the project site, ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate and allocate work to workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and other site measurements.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Monitor daily labour attendance and productivity.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and equipment.
- Check material availability and inform the Project Manager about shortages.
- Maintain daily site progress and work records.
- Report site progress, delays, material requirements, and other issues to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the construction site.
- Identify construction issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.




- Monitor work progress according to the project schedule.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure workers follow the correct construction methods and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in construction site supervision is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and quantity checking.
