We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Healthcare Process Associate to support healthcare-related operations. The role involves processing healthcare transactions, reviewing patient/member information, handling documentation, and ensuring accuracy while following established healthcare and company guidelines. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess healthcare transactions and requests accurately within defined timelines.

Review and validate patient/member information and supporting documents. Handle healthcare-related data, records, claims, or insurance documentation as per process requirements. Verify information and identify discrepancies or missing details.

Update and maintain records in internal systems. Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements. Resolve routine process-related queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

Perform data entry and maintain high accuracy in processing. Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues. Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare and customer information.





Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives.

Required

SkillsGood written and verbal communication skills. Solid attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of healthcare/health insurance processes. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with MS Office, especially Excel.

Good typing and computer skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Only BA/BBA/BPHARMA/BCOM/ 2025 2026 PASSED OUT ONLY WITHOUT KT Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.

Experience in claims processing, healthcare operations, medical billing, provider/member services, or insurance processes will be an advantage. EducationGraduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields may be preferred.
