Position - Civil Engineer

Qualification -

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) Civil Engineering
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in facility management, estate administration, or large campus building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Routine Inspections: Check buildings, roofs, walls, roads, and drainage systems regularly to spot damage early.
- Repair Oversight: Manage masonry, painting, flooring, plastering, and waterproofing work.
- Vendor Management: Hire and supervise outside contractors and workers for repair jobs.
- Cost and Budget Control: Prepare cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and track maintenance spending.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities meet local building codes, safety rules, and fire standards.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) teams for total facility care

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
