Civil Billing Engineer

Role: Civil Billing Engineer

Experience: 2–5 years in Civil Construction / Infrastructure Projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify RA bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and work measurement sheets.

- Take site measurements and prepare quantity calculations as per drawings and BOQ.

- Check BOQ items, quantities, rates, and billing documents for accuracy.

- Prepare quantity take-offs and support estimation for civil works.

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for billing requirements.

- Maintain records of measurements, bills, work orders, and supporting documents.

- Track work progress and compare actual quantities with BOQ quantities.

- Verify subcontractor bills and material consumption.





- Prepare billing reports and submit them to management/client as required.

- Ensure billing is completed accurately and within project timelines.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of civil construction and billing processes.

- Experience with BOQ, rate analysis, quantity estimation, and measurements.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Understanding of drawings and civil work specifications.

- Good numerical and analytical skills.

- Strong documentation and coordination skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
