Essential Requirements:

Education: Diploma/BE in Civil Engg.

Experience: 2 + Years in Project management (PMC experience preferred).

Salary: Maximum Rs. 35,000/- + Food & Allowances.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Skills Required:

- Experience in individual villas & Independent residential houses only.
- Solid knowledge of Construction quality and safety norms.
- Documentation & Client coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Project management tools.
- Need to prepare the detailed micro schedule and BOQ of the project.
- Basics in Computer and Ms-Excel knowledge required.

Note: Candidates with experience in high-rise buildings, towers, PWD, or road projects are not eligible. Job Location: Virudhunagar, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Tuticorn and Chennai.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
