About the Role

RVM CAD is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong BIM & CAD expertise who wants to build a long-term career in Academics, Training, and Technical Education .

The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience along with strong knowledge of Civil & Structural Design, BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and STAAD.Pro and should be interested in teaching, mentoring students, developing technical content, and delivering practical training .

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical and theoretical training in Civil Engineering, BIM, CAD, and Structural Design .
- Conduct hands-on training on Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and BIM workflows .
- Develop and deliver industry-oriented training modules and course content .
- Create Civil Engineering theory content , presentations, notes, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Develop technical content for Civil BIM and CAD courses .
- Train students and working professionals through practical, project-based learning.




- Explain civil and structural concepts in a simple and industry-relevant manner.
- Create real-world projects, case studies, drawings, models, and exercises for students.
- Mentor students and support them in developing industry-ready skills.
- Conduct assessments, practical evaluations, and project reviews.
- Keep course content updated according to current industry practices and software developments.
- Support the academic team in curriculum development and improvement.

Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 4–8 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong practical knowledge of Civil & Structural Design
- Hands-on experience with Revit / Revit Structure and STAAD.Pro
- Positive understanding of BIM methodologies and workflows
- Strong interest in teaching, training, mentoring, and academic content development
- Candidates with experience in training, teaching, technical content creation, or academic environments will be preferred.
