The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves site coordination, documentation, and technical problem‑solving to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor construction activities (excavation, concreting, structural works) and ensure compliance with approved drawings and method statements.

Inspect materials and workmanship; conduct cube tests, soil compaction tests, and maintain QA/QC records.

Enforce PPE usage, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with BOCW Act, IS codes, and company EHS policies.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients; resolve site issues and report progress.





Prepare daily progress reports, BOQ consumption records, site diaries, and compliance checklists.

Assist in surveying, leveling, and layout using Total Station/Theodolite; provide technical guidance to supervisors and workers.
