Role Description The Civil Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. This role involves preparing detailed civil engineering drawings, models, and documentation for site development projects, including grading plans, utility layouts, drainage designs, and roadworks.

The Civil

Designer will collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret design requirements, develop site plans, and ensure compliance with local codes and standards. Daily tasks include drafting in CAD tools, supporting stormwater and erosion control design, coordinating with other disciplines,



and updating drawings based on review comments. The role also includes maintaining organized project files, assisting in quantity take-offs, and contributing to design improvements and constructability reviews.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including grading, utilities, and infrastructure layouts.
- Experience with Erosion Control design and related best management practices for land development.
- Ability to prepare and interpret Site Plans, including zoning, setbacks, and right-of-way requirements.
- Knowledge of Stormwater and Stormwater Management design, modeling, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge, NX, or similar civil/structural tools).
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Drafting, or a related technical field.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to read and prepare technical drawings, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an in office engineering team.
- Prior experience in land development, infrastructure, or industrial site projects is beneficial.
