ROLE OVERVIEW Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Delhi-NCR / Remote (Hybrid Available)

Employment Type: Part-Time / Fractional (15–20 hours/week) during the initial 90-day milestones sprint, transitioning to full time executive leadership.

Compensation:

- Phase 1 (Months 1–3): Founder-Tier Equity Pool (2.0% – 5.0%, milestone & vesting-linked).
- Phase 2 (Post-Seed Round / Revenue Milestones): Full-Time Executive Salary (Competitive Startup Market Tier) + Equity Retention.

AIVI Intelligence Private Limited is an Indian sovereign deep-tech AI product enterprise recognized by the Government of India (DPIIT #DIPP271794), selected for the NVIDIA Inception Program, an ecosystem partner of Zoho, and powered by Sarvam AI and Digital India Bhashini.

We engineer high-impact sovereign software platforms across three core verticals:

1. Hack My Website (hackmywebsite.io): Developer-first autonomous perimeter security scanner combining OWASP ZAP, Nuclei, and Semgrep to generate instant 0–100 Launch Scores and AST-level code remediation patches for Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot.
2. AIVI Campus OS (campus.aivilabs.com): Integrated higher-education placement and accreditation operating system featuring streaming vernacular voice-AI mock interviews, resume employability scoring (AES), and 1-click NAAC Criterion 5.2.1 / NIRF compliance reporting.
3. AIVI Visibility Insights (aivisibilityinsights.com): Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) intelligence radar auditing brand visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, generating dynamic /llms.txt knowledge graphs.

THE ROLE As Chief Technology Officer, you will serve as the chief systems architect and technical co-driver alongside Founder & CEO Abhishek Mishra. You will take 360-degree ownership of our engineering architecture, ensure our product lines are battle-tested and launch-ready, lead technical due diligence with institutional investors, and co-pitch enterprise CTOs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Technical Architecture & Product Hardening • Voice AI & Telemetry (Campus OS):



Scale and optimize our streaming vernacular voice pipeline (STT to Gemini 2.0 Evaluation to Expressive TTS), maintaining sub-800ms end-to-end response latency across regional accents. • Security Scanner & Diff Engine (Hack My Website): Harden our multi-engine scanner (OWASP ZAP, Nuclei, Semgrep), optimize background Celery/Redis job queues, and refine our automated AST code patch generator. • Inference Routing & Latency Optimization: Direct model routing, semantic caching (Redis), token cost reduction, and model quantization (AWQ/GPTQ) leveraging NVIDIA Inception compute resources.
2. Investor Relations & Technical Due Diligence • Represent AIVI's technical sovereignty, data security, and architecture in investor pitch meetings, angel syndicate reviews, and VC due diligence. • Prepare and present technical data rooms, IP documentation, and scalability roadmaps during institutional funding rounds. • Translate complex deep-tech architecture into compelling, high-conviction ROI narratives for investors.
3. Enterprise Sales & Customer Pilot Enablement • Participate in high-stakes CTO-to-CTO and Director-level enterprise sales calls for university leadership (Campus OS) and SaaS CTOs/agencies (Hack My Website). • Architect frictionless enterprise integration pilots, API webhooks, and single-sign-on (SSO) workflows. • Validate customer feature requests and prioritize high-revenue engineering deliverables over speculative features.
4. Cloud Infrastructure, Sovereignty & Security • Maintain multi-tenant, sovereign cloud infrastructure (AWS Mumbai asia-south1 / Zoho Catalyst / VPS) targeting 99.9% uptime SLA. • Enforce zero-trust architecture, robust encryption, and strict regulatory compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.



• Oversee automated CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and continuous vulnerability monitoring.
5. Engineering Leadership & Team Mentorship • Lead and mentor a lean, high-velocity engineering squad across AI/ML research, full-stack development, and QA testing. • Institute high code-quality benchmarks: strict pull-request reviews, modular system design, comprehensive unit/integration test coverage, and clear documentation.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience: 8 to 15+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role (VP of Engineering, Head of Technology, or Principal Architect) at a high-growth SaaS or deep-tech startup. • Hands-on Stack Mastery: Deep fluency in Python (FastAPI), TypeScript (React / Next.js / Node.js), PostgreSQL / MySQL / Firestore, and Redis. • Production AI Experience: Practical track record deploying and optimizing LLM applications, prompt architecture, structured JSON schemas, RAG systems, and semantic search. • Real-Time Streaming Systems: Familiarity with low-latency WebSockets, WebRTC, and background asynchronous worker queues (Celery/Redis). • Communication & Executive Presence: Ability to clearly articulate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders, institutional investors, and enterprise buyers. • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline from a premier institution (IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, or equivalent global institution) is preferred.
