Oversee day-to-day coal handling operations (receiving, unloading, stacking, feeding).

Monitor and manage loader drivers, belt operators, helpers, and support staff.

Ensure continuous and smooth coal feeding to boiler/CHP systems.

Check quality, size, and moisture level of coal during receipt and feeding.

Ensure proper functioning of conveyors, feeders, crushers, screens, and hoppers.

Maintain protected working conditions in coal yard; enforce PPE and safety protocols.

Conduct routine inspections to prevent blockages, spillages, and fire hazards.

Coordinate with boiler, maintenance, and safety teams for operational issues.

Keep records of coal receipt, consumption, and stock levels.

Report equipment faults, unsafe conditions, or shortages immediately.

Ensure good housekeeping and dust control in the coal handling area.

Oversee compliance with environmental and safety norms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
