Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiplex cinemas, ensuring smooth functioning of all screens.
- Oversee theatre management, Movie Scheduling, including ticket booking, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the cinema premises.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance tasks such as AC repairs, electricity issues, etc.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-4 years of experience in cinema operations or related field (multiplexing).
- Graduate Degree preferred, Hospitality or Management background is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of cinema operations software systems and ability to learn recent technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members, vendors, and customers.
