Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage budgets for various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
- Analyze financial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives that drive business growth while managing costs effectively.
- Provide expert advice on accounting principles, FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis), CA (Certified Accountant) best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust background in budgeting, financial planning, analysis, FPA, CA certification preferred.
- Proven track record of developing successful budgets that align with business objectives and drive profitability.
