- About the Role
- Physiofit Studio is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Chief Consultant Physiotherapist to lead our physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care, supervising physiotherapists, developing treatment protocols, and maintaining professional standards across the centre.

- The role is ideal for a senior physiotherapist who has strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, patient-management abilities, and an interest in contributing to the growth and development of a physiotherapy practice.

- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and clinical evaluations.

- Develop and implement personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans.

- Manage complex musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports injury, neurological and post-operative cases as appropriate to clinical expertise.

- Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment and monitor patient progress.

- Review treatment plans and modify them based on patient response and clinical findings.

- Supervise and guide junior and senior physiotherapists.

- Establish and maintain clinical treatment protocols and standard operating procedures.

- Conduct case discussions and provide clinical guidance to the physiotherapy team.

- Ensure proper documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries.

- Maintain high standards of patient care, professionalism and clinical ethics.

- Coordinate with doctors, specialists and other healthcare professionals whenever required.

- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, rehabilitation, posture, ergonomics and home-care programs.





- Monitor patient outcomes and encourage evidence-based clinical practice.

- Support staff training, mentoring and career development.

- Assist management in developing new physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs.

- Contribute to patient retention, service quality and the overall growth of the physiotherapy department.

- Handle patient and clinical concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

- Participate in health camps, awareness programs and other professional activities organised by Physiofit Studio.

- Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).

- 5+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

- Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.

- Experience handling a variety of physiotherapy and rehabilitation cases.

- Previous experience in a senior, team-lead or consultant role will be an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership and team-management abilities.

- Patient-centred approach with strong professional ethics.

- Ability to work independently and take clinical responsibility.

- Willingness to mentor and develop other physiotherapists.
