Role Description The Chemistry Teacher (JEE) will deliver high-quality classroom teaching in Chemistry for JEE-focused batches, ensuring strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include designing structured lesson plans, preparing and delivering lectures, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and assigning and evaluating practice work and tests. The teacher will monitor student progress, provide individualized feedback,



and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Collaboration with other faculty members to align curriculum, maintain academic discipline, and support exam strategies is expected.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong Chemistry Education background with expertise in JEE-level concepts and problem-solving.

- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and structured curriculum delivery for competitive examinations.

- Effective Communication skills for explaining complex topics clearly to diverse groups of learners.

- Demonstrated Teaching experience in JEE or senior secondary Chemistry; familiarity with Physics fundamentals is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field from a recognized institution.

- Ability to analyze student performance data and provide targeted academic support.
