Hiring: Scientific Coding Expert – Chemistry

We are looking for experienced Chemistry professionals to contribute to an advanced STEM AI training and evaluation project.

Experience: Relevant experience in Chemistry / Scientific Computing

Qualification: Master’s or PhD in Chemistry

Engagement: Full time / Task-Based

Payment: Task-Based

Shift: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM PST + 4 Flexible Hours

Availability: 8 hours/day with 4 hours overlap with PST

Key Responsibilities:

- Create rigorous scientific coding problems with 1 main problem and at least 3 logically connected sub-problems .
- Develop verified golden solutions in Python with complete unit test coverage.
- Design discriminative test cases that differentiate correct and incorrect AI model outputs.
- Perform QC validation using defined structure and quality rubrics.
- Iterate and improve tasks based on QC feedback.
- Contribute to LLM evaluation across models such as GPT, Gemini, and Nemotron.




- Ensure scientific correctness, determinism, well-posedness, and high first-submission quality.
- Participate in review sessions, feedback discussions, and project standups during overlap hours.

Required Qualifications:

- Master’s or PhD in Chemistry .
- Strong Python programming and scientific computing skills.
- Experience with NumPy, SciPy, SymPy , or other scientific/domain-specific tools.
- Ability to formulate clear, rigorous scientific problems with defined constraints and expected outputs.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
- Prior experience in AI data annotation, scientific research, or scientific writing .
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks or coding benchmarks .
- Published research or academic project experience in a STEM domain is preferred.
