Position: Chat Customer Service Representative –Non -Voice

Job Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

∙ Respond to incoming communications from customers

∙ Resolve customer issues through written communication only

Requirements:

∙ Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad and work on-site

∙ Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

∙ Flexibility to work during rotational shifts

∙ Minimum 12 Standard pass;

Graduates and Post Graduates in any stream are welcome

Skills Required:

∙ Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written)

∙ Good computer knowledge with a typing speed of 25 words per minute and accuracy of atleast 85%
