Role Description<

/strong> The Chartered Accountant will work on-site in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, supporting clients across various industries. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing audits, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and overseeing statutory filings. The role involves analyzing financial data, advising on budgeting, cash flow, and cost optimization, and contributing to risk assessment and internal control improvements.

The Chartered

Accountant will collaborate with other professionals within the firm, participate in client meetings, and provide clear, well-documented advisory reports. The position also includes staying updated on relevant laws, standards, and best practices,



and contributing to the firm’s commitment to quality and ethical service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting and financial reporting skills, including preparation and review of financial statements and knowledge of applicable accounting standards.
- Candidates should possess audit and assurance skills, including planning and executing audits, evaluating internal controls, and documenting findings effectively.
- Candidates should possess tax and regulatory compliance skills, including direct and indirect taxation, statutory filings, and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Candidates should possess analytical and advisory skills, including financial analysis, budgeting, cost management, and the ability to provide practical business insights.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear report writing, presentation abilities, and teamwork with cross-functional professionals.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Final(with completed internship) additional credentials (e.g., specialization in taxation, finance, or audit) are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in a CA firm or corporate finance/accounting setting, with strong attention to detail, integrity, and client service orientation.
- Proficiency in accounting and office software (e.g., ZOHO, Tally/ERP systems, spreadsheets, and documentation tools) and the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
