Accountant will play a key role in strengthening the company’s financial health and regulatory compliance.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role located in Delhi, India. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts.

The Chartered

Accountant will oversee statutory compliance, handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and support audits by coordinating with internal and external auditors.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and providing insights to management on cost control, cash flow, and profitability. The role also requires implementing and improving internal controls, ensuring adherence to accounting standards,



and supporting management with financial reports and documentation for strategic and regulatory purposes.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with valid membership in the relevant professional body.
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance in India (including GST, TDS, and income tax).
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, advanced MS Excel skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Demonstrated experience in audit support, internal controls, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
- Prior experience in a similar on-site role in Delhi or comparable markets is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE : 3 TO 5 YEARS PRACTICAL PROFESSIONAL EXERIENCE AFTER QUALIFICATION ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION : ICAI CERTIFICATE COURSES PREFERRED WITH MASTERY IN TALLY , COMPUTAX AND OTHER ACCOUNTING PROGRAMMES/ SOFTWARE USAGE
