Job Overview

N D Savla & Associates is looking for a Chartered Accountant to join as a Manager – Audit. The role involves handling audit assignments, taxation and statutory compliance reviews, finalization of accounts, client coordination, business development support, and team management.

The ideal candidate should have strong audit and taxation exposure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently interact with clients and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client locations for audit assignments, financial reviews, and advisory support.
- Conduct and review statutory compliance processes, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, PT, and other applicable regulatory filings.
- Identify compliance gaps, strengthen internal controls, and assist in mitigating financial and compliance risks.
- Finalize books of accounts, including review of financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Attend and represent the firm at Board Meetings and provide financial and compliance-related inputs.
- Review and verify billing sheets, ensure timely submission to the accounts team, and coordinate the billing process.
- Support business development activities, including client meetings, discussions, and preparation of proposals.
- Lead, recruit,



and build the audit team based on business requirements.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 6–7 members to ensure quality and timely completion of assignments.
- Review team deliverables and ensure adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with clients and provide timely responses to audit, accounting, and taxation-related queries.
- Handle other audit, taxation, accounting, and client-related responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Relevant experience in Audit and Taxation is preferred.
- Exposure to Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Experience with clients from Manufacturing, Service, or Trading industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be comfortable drafting qualified emails and communicating directly with clients.
- Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage, guide, and mentor a team.
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

- 6 days working
- 2 Saturdays off in a month
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
