Go Nature is looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong practical knowledge of Financial Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Statutory Compliance, and applicable laws to join our Finance & Accounts function.

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience, knowledge and expertise

ROLE DESCRIPTIONThis is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Agra. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounting, maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting the financial operations of the organization.

The role will involve budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, financial planning, taxation, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and maintenance of statutory records.

The candidate will work closely with leadership to provide accurate financial insights, support business decision-making, and maintain transparent and responsible financial practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.




- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and support effective financial management.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Support tax planning and ensure timely compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Maintain statutory records and financial documentation.
- Support internal controls, risk management and audit processes.
- Perform bank, ledger and account reconciliations.
- Review financial transactions and identify discrepancies or accounting errors.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and reports to management for informed decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of financial information.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- CA qualification from ICAI is mandatory.
- CA Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong practical knowledge of Accountancy is mandatory.
- Strong foundation in financial accounting and reporting.
- Good knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow and financial statements.
- Practical understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of applicable financial, taxation and business laws in India.
- Knowledge of auditing, internal controls and risk management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Solid analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.




- Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of integrity, accountability and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an on-site environment.

IDEAL CANDIDATEWe are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented CA who has strong fundamentals as well as hands-on practical knowledge of Accountancy.

The candidate should be able to apply accounting and financial knowledge to real business situations, understand applicable laws and compliance requirements, and take ownership of financial responsibilities.

Candidates with prior experience in a corporate or SME environment will be an advantage.

An interest in or openness to working with a wellness, lifestyle education and purpose-driven organization is beneficial.
