Skill-Lead Change Management

:

- Assess RFCs (Request for Changes) for completeness and validity
- Filtering, reviewing and assessing all of the changes that are raised.
- Determining the correct approval levels are applied to the change. (Approval and Scheduling)
- Steering changes through the review and approval process.
- Managing the duty desk and addressing customer issues/concerns over chat/call/email
- Handle escalations related to change management
- Facilitating the risk and impact assessment process for each change.
- Preparing the documentation required to support the Technical Reviews and CAB meetings.
- Attending Technical Review meetings for change related items.
- Publication and circulation of the post-meeting change documentation for CAB meetings.
- Notifying change owners and implementers of the approval,



rejection and rescheduling of changes.
- Confirming the closure and closure status of changes and conducting any post implementation reviews required.
- Chair the CAB (change advisory board).
- Manage and communicate the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC) / Change Calendar.
- Basic understanding on network
