- Experience in Change governance - Risk assessment - Stakeholder management - Communication - Planning & coordination - Analytical thinking - Technical awareness - Process improvement - Documentation - ITIL knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in change management tools and software, such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks related to change management is a plus.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
