About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Centre Head / Operations Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hospital/healthcare centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, team management, patient experience, resource utilization, and overall centre growth.

Educational Qualification

BHMS / BAMS

MHA / MBA (Healthcare / Hospital Administration) preferred

Relevant healthcare/hospital administration qualification will be considered.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Centre Head, Operations Head, Hospital Administrator, or in a similar managerial role.

Experience in a prominent/well-established hospital or healthcare organization will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor day-to-day hospital/center operations.

Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.

Lead, supervise and manage hospital staff and support teams.

Monitor patient experience, service quality and grievance resolution.

Ensure effective utilization of manpower and other resources.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing, administration,



front office and support departments.

Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.

Support revenue growth and operational efficiency of the center.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and applicable quality standards.

Prepare and review operational reports, MIS and performance metrics.

Handle administrative issues and ensure timely resolution.

Promote a positive, skilled and patient-centric work culture.
