1. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, financial, and organizational leadership to Touchwood World and driving the company toward its long-term vision of sustainable growth, profitability, excellence, and market leadership. The CEO will act as the primary business leader and strategic executor, translating the Founder/Board's vision into measurable business objectives, operating systems, revenue growth, profitability, organizational capability, and scalable processes.

The role requires an individual with strong business acumen, commercial understanding, leadership capability, strategic thinking, financial discipline, and execution excellence who can build high-performing teams and create a performance-driven yet people-centric organization.

The CEO will have overall accountability for P&L;, revenue, profitability, business growth, customer experience, operations, talent, technology, governance, and strategic expansion.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. STRATEGY & BUSINESS LEADERSHIP

- Translate the organization's vision and long-term goals into a explicit 3–5 year strategic business roadmap.
- Develop annual business plans covering revenue, profitability, expansion, people, customer experience, and operational excellence.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, products, and revenue streams.
- Build scalable business models capable of supporting rapid organizational growth.
- Establish clear organizational priorities and ensure alignment across all business verticals.
- Evaluate market trends, customer behaviour, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Present strategic recommendations and business performance updates to the Founder/Board.
- Ensure that organizational decisions are aligned with long-term enterprise value creation.

1. P&L; AND FINANCIAL OWNERSHIP

The CEO will have end-to-end accountability for the company's financial performance.

Key responsibilities

- Own the complete Profit & Loss (P&L;) of the organization.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy margins and cost discipline.
- Set annual and quarterly revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Improve EBITDA, contribution margins, cash flow, and overall financial efficiency.
- Establish financial accountability across business heads.
- Review monthly financial statements, MIS, revenue reports, cost reports, and business dashboards.
- Identify revenue leakages and implement corrective measures.
- Approve and monitor major business investments and expenditure.
- Ensure optimum utilization of organizational resources.

1. REVENUE & BUSINESS GROWTH

The CEO will be responsible for creating a high-growth revenue culture across the organization.

- Develop and execute revenue-growth strategies.
- Set business-wise and department-wise revenue targets.
- Build strong sales, marketing, partnerships, and business-development ecosystems.
- Improve lead generation, conversion, average transaction value, repeat business, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop strategic corporate, B2B, wedding, hospitality, real estate, and institutional partnerships wherever applicable.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Review sales pipelines and conversion ratios.
- Drive accountability for revenue generation at leadership level.
- Establish dashboards for tracking revenue, pipeline, conversion,



and profitability.
- Build predictable and scalable revenue-generation systems.

1. OPERATIONS & BUSINESS EXCELLENCE

The CEO will ensure that the organization operates through systems, processes, accountability, and measurable performance.

- Drive operational excellence across all business functions.
- Establish SOPs, governance mechanisms, reporting systems, and review structures.
- Ensure timely implementation of organizational policies.
- Improve productivity and resource utilization.
- Eliminate operational inefficiencies and recurring business bottlenecks.
- Develop cross-functional coordination mechanisms.
- Establish clear ownership and accountability for every major business process.
- Ensure that business decisions are supported by data and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement across customer experience, operations, sales, finance, HR, technology, and administration.

1. LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The CEO will be responsible for building a high-performance leadership culture.

- Build, mentor, and develop a robust leadership team.
- Define clear KRAs, KPIs, OKRs, and performance expectations for business leaders.
- Conduct regular leadership reviews and performance discussions.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
- Establish leadership development and management-development programs.
- Create a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and execution.
- Ensure the right people are placed in the right roles.
- Make critical leadership hiring decisions in partnership with HR and the Founder/Board.
- Develop future business leaders and successors.
- Establish performance-linked accountability across the organization.

1. PEOPLE & CULTURE

The CEO will actively contribute to building a strong, ethical, high-performance, and employee-centric culture.

- Partner with the HR/Culture function to build organizational culture.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, recognition, and development.
- Establish a culture where performance and accountability are clearly understood.
- Support employee welfare and organizational wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure transparent communication between leadership and employees.
- Promote meritocracy and performance-based growth.
- Encourage innovation and ownership at all levels.
- Ensure that organizational values are reflected in leadership behaviour and business decisions.
- Build an organization where employees understand the company's vision and their contribution toward it.

1. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & BRAND EXCELLENCE

The CEO will be responsible for maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish measurable customer-experience standards.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, complaints, and service quality.
- Ensure consistent brand standards across business verticals.
- Strengthen the company's market positioning and reputation.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journey and customer lifetime value.
- Build a culture where customer experience becomes a shared responsibility.

1. MARKETING & BRAND STRATEGY

- Work closely with the Marketing and Business teams to develop integrated growth strategies.
- Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.




- Review digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, social media, partnerships, and other acquisition channels.
- Ensure marketing investments are aligned with measurable business outcomes.
- Develop strategies to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue contribution.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms.

1. TECHNOLOGY & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

- Identify technology opportunities that can improve productivity, customer experience, reporting, and scalability.
- Drive implementation of business-management systems and digital tools.
- Promote data-driven decision-making.
- Establish real-time business dashboards wherever applicable.
- Evaluate AI, automation, CRM, HR technology, financial technology, and operational technology opportunities.
- Ensure technology investments generate measurable business value.

1. GOVERNANCE, COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, and internal policies.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, HR, and other relevant functions to minimize organizational risk.
- Establish appropriate governance mechanisms.
- Review major contracts, commercial commitments, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify operational, financial, legal, reputational, and business risks.
- Establish risk-mitigation plans.
- Maintain strong ethical standards and corporate governance practices.

1. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

The CEO will serve as a key representative of the organization with:
- Founder and Board
- Senior Leadership Team
- Employees
- Strategic Partners
- Investors, where applicable
- Key Customers
- Vendors and Business Associates
- Financial Institutions
- Government and Regulatory Authorities
- Industry Networks

1. DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY

The CEO will have appropriate authority to make decisions relating to:
- Business strategy
- Revenue strategy
- Operational priorities
- Senior leadership performance
- Organizational structure
- Business partnerships
- Resource allocation
- Cost optimization
- Customer experience
- Technology and systems
- Talent strategy
- Business expansion

Major strategic, financial, investment, or structural decisions will be subject to the approval framework established by the Founder/Board.
1. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducational Qualification

Mandatory:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Hospitality, or a relevant discipline.

Preferred:

- MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution.
- Graduates / Postgraduates from IIMs and other top-tier B-Schools will be strongly preferred.

Academic credentials will be considered alongside demonstrated leadership experience, business results, and relevant industry expertise.
1. EXPERIENCE

- 15+ years of overall professional experience preferred.
- Significant experience in senior leadership, business management, P&L; ownership, strategy, sales, operations, or general management.
- Prior experience as CEO, COO, Business Head, General Manager, President, Director, or equivalent senior leadership role will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and multiple business functions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Experience in building scalable systems and organizational structures.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, events, consumer businesses, services, or other growth-oriented industries will be advantageous.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
