About the Role

Natureland Organics is looking for a detail-oriented Certification Executive to manage organic certifications, compliance documentation, audits, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of organic standards and experience in certification-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage organic certification processes, renewals, and documentation.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
- Maintain certification records, compliance reports, and traceability documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NPOP, NOP, and EU organic certification standards.
- Manage label, logo, and certification compliance.
- Handle TC applications and certification-related processes.




- Coordinate with certification agencies and internal departments.

Requirements
- Experience in Organic Food Certification, Quality Assurance, or Compliance.
- Knowledge of NPOP, NOP, and EU organic standards.
- Experience handling TC applications and certification documentation.
- Robust documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Understanding of audits and inspection procedures.
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities.
