Role Description :

The Certification Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing all certification and compliance activities across the company’s product lines, including food-grade, industrial, and organic products.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating audits and inspections, maintaining documentation for relevant national and international standards, and ensuring continuous adherence to regulatory and quality requirements. The Certification Manager will collaborate with production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to prepare and update certification files, address non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

The role also includes monitoring changes in standards, training internal teams on compliance requirements, and liaising with external certification bodies and regulatory authorities.

Experience :

- 0–1 years of relevant experience in certification, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, audits, or documentation within food, sugar, ethanol, organic, chemical, manufacturing, or agro-industrial sectors is preferred.
- Freshers with a relevant educational background and strong interest in certification and compliance are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship, project, or academic experience related to quality, regulatory compliance, food safety, ISO standards, or certification will be considered.

Qualifications :





- Strong knowledge of certification standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to sugar, ethanol, food products, organic products, and industrial manufacturing.
- Experience or academic exposure to managing audits, inspections, and documentation for quality, safety, and environmental certifications (e.g., ISO, FSSAI, organic standards, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in documentation control, report writing, and the use of digital tools or systems for compliance and record management.
- Background in quality assurance, food technology, chemical engineering, agriculture, or related fields, with experience or academic exposure to manufacturing or agro-industrial environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret standards and implement practical compliance solutions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with cross-functional teams and external certifying agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Food Technology, Chemistry, Agriculture, Engineering, Quality Management) or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high attention to detail under deadlines.
