Position: Center Manager

Employment Type: Full-time 10hrs shift

Salary range: 25k to 45k

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing the team, and maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa center.

Lead, motivate, and supervise therapists, front desk executives, and support staff.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through memberships, packages.

Ensure outstanding customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.

Monitor appointments, staff scheduling, and resource utilization for smooth operations.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards across the center.

Manage inventory of spa products, consumables, and equipment.

Train, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance.

Coordinate with the management team on marketing initiatives and business growth strategies.





Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree.

3–5 years of experience in spa, wellness, salon, hospitality, or retail operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve business targets.

Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and appointment/POS software is an advantage.

Monthly revenue and sales target achievement.

Customer satisfaction and retention.

Team productivity and staff retention.

Operational efficiency and compliance with SOPs.

Inventory control and cost management.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
