We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Skin & Hair Clinic. The candidate will be responsible for clinic administration, revenue growth, team management, patient experience, sales, and operational excellence.

- Manage overall day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive revenue, sales, consultation and treatment targets.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups and conversions.
- Ensure excellent patient/customer experience and handle complaints professionally.
- Lead and motivate the clinic team, including doctors, therapists, front office, and support staff.
- Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and training.
- Coordinate with dermatologists and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Monitor treatment packages, memberships, renewals and repeat business.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily MIS reports covering leads, consultations, conversions, revenue and collections.
- Monitor clinic expenses, inventory, consumables and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, hygiene, safety and documentation standards.




- Coordinate with the corporate/management team regarding targets, audits and operational requirements.
- Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns and local business development.
- Identify opportunities to increase patient acquisition and clinic profitability.
- Ensure proper cash/UPI/card collection procedures and daily reconciliation.
- Maintain a professional, hygienic and welcoming clinic environment.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate preferred.
- 2–5+ years of experience in clinic/hospital, healthcare, beauty, wellness, skin & hair or related industries.
- Experience in managing a team and achieving revenue/sales targets preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
