We are looking for a skilled CCTV & Networking Field Engineer to join Tech Merge Solutions in Bhubaneswar.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, test and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and IP camera systems.
- Experience with CP Plus CCTV systems will be preferred.
- Install and configure biometric attendance devices and access control systems.
- Perform CAT6 cable laying, termination, testing and troubleshooting.
- Configure PoE switches, routers, IP addresses, gateways and basic networking.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, networking and biometric system issues at customer sites.
- Handle rack installation, cable management and system commissioning.
- Configure remote CCTV viewing on mobile/PC.
- Provide AMC/service support and attend customer complaints.
- Prepare basic service reports and coordinate with customers.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of practical experience in CCTV/ELV/Networking field work.
- Positive knowledge of CCTV, networking and biometric systems.
- Should be willing to travel to customer sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates who can independently handle CCTV Networking Biometric work will be preferred.
