We’re Hiring | Category Lead

At MYDESIGNATION, we’re building a fashion brand where categories are driven by more than just products — they’re driven by data, customer behaviour, commercial thinking, and strong ownership.

We’re looking for a Category Lead who can take ownership of a category end-to-end, identify opportunities, solve problems proactively, and drive measurable business outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has strong ownership and accountability and doesn’t wait for instructions to identify or solve problems.
- Is data-driven and comfortable analysing sales, inventory, sell-through, returns/exchanges, and overall category performance.
- Has strong commercial thinking and understands how products, pricing, inventory, and different sales channels impact revenue.
- Can coordinate and drive multiple cross-functional teams towards deadlines and measurable outcomes.




- Has strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and brings recommendations and solutions, not just problems.
- Is proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple products, priorities, and business requirements simultaneously.
- Has experience in Fashion / Apparel, D2C, E-commerce, Product Development, Category Management, or Retail.
