Customer Care Officer (CCO) – DishTV

Location: Near GADRA Road, Urban Estate Phase 1, Jalandhar

We are looking for a Customer Care Officer for a DishTV Direct Service Centre.

Responsibilities

- Call customers and handle service requests.
- Assign tickets to technicians and coordinate with them.
- Follow up on pending tickets and ensure timely closure.
- Take service confirmation from customers.
- Handle day-to-day office and service centre-related work.
- Maintain basic records/MIS.
- Work towards maintaining required KPIs.

Requirements:
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates with experience in DTH, Telecom, Customer Service or Service Centre operations will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary will be negotiable based on experience. Performance-based incentives will also be provided. Mobile contact - (phone hidden)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
