Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of up to 15 FTEs handling e-commerce catalog management, data labelling, and content validation. The role involves driving productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and team performance while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of up to 15 members.
- Assign daily workloads and ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets are met.
- Review and validate e-commerce product/catalog content as per client standards.
- Conduct quality audits and identify/correct errors and discrepancies.
- Maintain daily trackers and prepare performance reports.
- Handle escalations related to quality, productivity, and SLA.
- Coordinate with clients/stakeholders for capacity planning,



training, and audits.
- Train team members on products, processes, and quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or automate routine processes.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline with 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a Team Lead role.
- Experience in E-commerce / Catalog Management / Content Validation / Data Labelling preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
