We are hiring experienced professionals for Cash & Position Reconciliation roles in Hyderabad. If you have robust experience in reconciliation operations and financial services, this could be a great opportunity!

Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Shift

Working Days: 5 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Manage cash & position reconciliation activities across accounts and asset classes.
- Review reconciliation outputs and ensure accurate & timely completion.
- Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks within SLA.
- Coordinate with custodians, counterparties and internal stakeholders.
- Manage daily workflow and support team performance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, maker-checker controls and operational processes.




- Prepare break reports, exception summaries and operational updates.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Required Skills 6–8 years of relevant experience for Team Lead roles

Strong experience in Cash & Position Reconciliation

Experience in financial services / banking operations

Team handling / supervisory experience

Knowledge of Intellimatch, SmartStream, AutoRek or similar tools

Good understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Settlements, Corporate Actions & Fund Accounting

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or related field.
