Location: Kanpur,India – Office Based

Shift: US Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST

Days: Monday – Friday

Candidate Requirements

- Education: BCA / B.Tech / BE in IT/Computer Science; Master’s preferred
- Experience: 1+ year in staffing/recruitment preferred
- English: Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Communication: Professional, confident and fluent English
- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of computers, MS Office/Google Workspace and internet research
- LinkedIn: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and candidate sourcing
- Recruitment: Understanding of sourcing, screening, follow-ups and candidate handling
- US Staffing: Experience/knowledge of U.S. staffing preferred
