About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Career Coach to help learners become job-ready through practical career guidance, profile building and interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Resume Building & ATS Optimization sessions.
- Conduct LinkedIn Profile Optimization workshops.
- Take 1:1 career coaching sessions with learners.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Prepare learners for HR, behavioral and role-specific interviews.
- Guide learners on job search, applications and qualified networking.
- Help learners improve communication, confidence and overall interview readiness.
- Track learner progress and coordinate with the Placement Team.





Requirements

- 2 years of experience in Career Coaching, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Placement Training or Corporate Training.
- Strong expertise in Resume Building, LinkedIn Optimization & Mock Interviews.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Practical understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- EdTech / Career Services experience preferred.
