Role Description The Candidate Sourcing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates through online platforms, databases, networking, and referrals.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining search strategies, screening profiles, maintaining accurate candidate records, and coordinating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. The Specialist will conduct initial outreach, share role information with prospective candidates, and nurture talent pipelines for current and future openings. The role also involves monitoring market trends,



providing insights on candidate availability, and supporting continuous improvement of sourcing processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret hiring needs, assess candidate profiles, and leverage data to refine sourcing strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills for professional outreach to candidates, clear coordination with hiring teams, and accurate documentation.
- Experience in Recruiting , including talent sourcing, pipeline management, and collaboration with stakeholders across the hiring process.
- Exposure to Contract Negotiation and Procurement processes, especially in managing vendor relationships or external sourcing partners.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), qualified networking platforms, and online recruitment tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail and timelines.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, unbiased candidate evaluation and professional ethics in recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
