The Campus

Ambassador program allows motivated students to represent the platform within their college communities, strengthen peer connections, and gain practical exposure to outreach, community building, and recruitment coordination.

Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit prospective Campus Ambassadors through your college and student network.

- Build productive relationships with student groups, clubs, societies, and faculty members.

- Promote and help organize relevant campus activities and events.

- Screen interested candidates, coordinate communication, and support their onboarding.

- Track referrals, maintain accurate updates, and share progress regularly.

- Represent MyCaptain professionally while encouraging students to explore relevant learning opportunities.

Requirements

- Open to students pursuing any degree,



in any academic year, from any college across India.

- Solid communication, networking, ownership, and relationship-building abilities.

- Comfort with outreach, follow-ups, and coordinating with multiple student stakeholders.

- No prior HR or recruitment experience is required; enthusiasm and consistency are valued.

- Must be able to work remotely on a part-time basis for one month with flexible hours.

This is a paid, referral-driven internship offering a base stipend of ₹1,000 per month, with performance-based earnings of up to ₹10,000 per month for successful Campus Ambassador referrals. High-performing interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer and an All Access course bundle, along with a Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation.
