Proponcall Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled Camera Person / Cinematographer to join our content team.

The ideal candidate should understand professional camera work, social-media content, cinematic visuals, and fast-paced production. Someone who doesn't just operate a camera, but understands why a shot is being taken and how that shot helps tell the story.

What we’re looking for

- Strong knowledge of professional camera settings — exposure, ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance, frame rates, etc.
- Must have their own professional camera + lens kit
- Must have equipment for both vertical & horizontal shooting
- Must have a gimbal/stabilizer
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, angles, movement & framing
- Ability to create different visual hooks and camera movements for short-form content
- Ability to read and understand scripts before the shoot
- Should be able to develop a basic mood board / visual reference before every shoot
- Robust understanding of cinematic storytelling through visuals
- Stable and confident camera handling with or without a gimbal
- Basic video editing knowledge is preferred
- Experience working with a media / marketing / creative agency preferred
- Experience shooting short films, branded films,



commercials or digital content is preferred
- Comfortable shooting Reels, property videos, interviews, walkthroughs, branding films and creative content
- Should understand how to adapt the same shoot for Instagram/Reels and long-form content

What the role involves Pre-Production → Production → Content

Before Shoot

→ Read script

→ Understand the objective

→ Create visual references / mood board

→ Plan shots, angles & movements

During Shoot

→ Camera setup

→ Lighting

→ Composition

→ Multiple angles

→ Cinematic movements

→ Vertical + horizontal coverage

→ Ensure footage is edit-ready

After Shoot

→ Basic footage review

→ Coordinate with editor

→ Understand basic editing requirements

→ Ensure required shots have been captured
