- Handle inbound calls from patients, attendants, and other customers professionally and courteously.
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, health packages, feedback, and other hospital requirements.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel doctor appointments as required.
- Provide accurate information regarding doctors, departments, OP timings, services, procedures, and hospital facilities.
- Coordinate with doctors, front office, billing, diagnostics, nursing, and other departments for patient-related queries.
- Address patient queries and complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department/HOD.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
