Manage daily cafe operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet

Lead, supervise and motivate the cafe team to achieve operational targets

Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally

Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance

Ensure proper food quality, hygiene and safety standards are maintained

Monitor inventory, stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment

Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet

Maintain daily sales, cash handling and operational records

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth order execution

Train current team members on company processes, service standards and SOPs

Ensure compliance with company policies and QSR operational standards

Support the Store Manager or Area Manager in achieving sales and operational targets

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
