Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) using CAE software such as Ansys, HyperMesh, and NVH to simulate various vehicle components under different loads and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and develop simulation models that meet customer needs.
- Analyze simulation results to optimize product performance, identify potential issues, and recommend design improvements.
- Develop technical reports summarizing findings and presentations for stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in CAE tools such as Ansys, HyperMesh, NVH, Crashworthiness Analysis Toolkit (CAT).
- Experience working on automotive industry projects involving durability testing and crash simulations.
