MKSK Consulting is looking for a hands-on Business Development Representative to help grow our Oracle HCM software and partner business.

The role will focus on:

- FormulaX, our Oracle HCM Quick Formula solution
- ScheduleX, our Oracle HCM scheduling solution
- Oracle HCM consultancies and implementation partners
- UK and Middle East enterprise markets

Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted prospect lists
- Contact Oracle HCM consultancies, partners and end clients
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn and telephone
- Start conversations with Practice Leads, Delivery Directors, HR Systems leaders and Payroll teams
- Qualify opportunities and book discovery calls or demonstrations
- Follow up consistently and progress opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and next steps
- Provide weekly activity and pipeline reporting

Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, ERP, HR technology or consulting sales
- Experience selling into the UK or Middle East
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident conducting telephone outreach
- Familiarity with Apollo,



LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM systems
- Able to work with meaningful overlap with UK business hours
- Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Workday or enterprise software experience is an advantage

Compensation
- ₹40,000–₹48,000 per month
- Remote contractor role
- Initial two-month paid trial
- Commission on self-generated, closed and paid business
- Significant commission potential on successful enterprise software sales
