Edit World is expanding into Social Media Video Editing, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Video Editor who wants to become a BUSINESS PARTNER and build a new division with us.

POSITION: SOCIAL MEDIA EDITING PARTNER

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Type: Full-Time

Opportunity: Business Partnership / Profit Sharing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the social media editing team
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & Talking Head Videos
- Create cinematic brand videos and motion graphics
- Develop professional editing workflows and SOPs
- Maintain editing quality and delivery deadlines
- Train and mentor new editors
- Support client communication and project management
- Help grow Edit World Social into a successful business division

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects and Motion Graphics skills
- Strong storytelling and creative editing sense
- Experience managing or mentoring editors
- Understanding of social media content trends

- Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset




- Willingness to commit to building a business together
