Urban Raga Music School is looking for a responsible, proactive and organised Business Operations Intern who is comfortable with customer communication, lead follow-ups, coordination and day-to-day business operations.

What You Will Work On

- Handle and follow up on new student enquiries and leads.
- Update lead status, remarks and next follow-up actions in the CRM.
- Schedule trial classes and follow up with prospective students for admissions.
- Communicate with parents and students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with teachers, vendors and internal teams.
- Support basic administration, documentation and data management.
- Maintain trackers, CRM records and regular work updates.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.
- Support the Technology/IT team with non-technical projects, testing, data collection and coordination.
- Assist with other business projects and gain exposure to how a growing education organization operates.

Performance KPIs

Performance will be reviewed monthly based on:

- Lead Management & Follow-up – 40%
- Customer Service & Coordination – 20%
- Task Completion & Accuracy – 15%
- Proactivity & Ownership – 15%
- Communication & Work Discipline – 10%

The role requires consistent CRM updates, timely follow-ups, regular work reporting and proper closure of assigned responsibilities.

Who Can Apply?

- College students, final-year students or recent graduates.




- Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable learning CRM systems, AI tools and other digital platforms.
- Organized, responsible and strong at follow-ups and coordination.
- Must have a laptop, reliable internet connection and a suitable Work From Home setup.

Internship Terms

- Fixed-duration internship under a written Internship Agreement.
- Stipend and internship duration will be communicated during the selection process.
- Work From Home with mutually agreed working and availability hours.
- Monthly performance reviews will be conducted.
- Confidential company, customer and business information must be protected.
- Company data, passwords, documents and internal information must not be copied or shared without authorization.
- All work, documents, accounts and responsibilities must be properly handed over at the end of the internship.
- Either party may discontinue the internship in accordance with the Internship Agreement.
- An Internship Certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the internship and proper handover.
- Completion of the internship does not guarantee permanent employment with Urban Raga.
