Designation: Business Manager
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: 5 days(Monday & Tuesday off)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets through effective communication, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market share.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process changes as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth by identifying new markets, developing partnerships, and implementing marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in BFSI industry with a focus on banking or financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue generation through successful team management and strategy implementation.
- Solid understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to develop targeted sales plans accordingly.
- Excellent team handling skills with the ability to motivate high-performing teams towards achieving common goals.
