Role & responsibilities
- Initiating Legal
- Vetting of original property paper
- Reviewing/ Scrutiny of legal report for property verification
- Co- ordination with panel advocate
- Audit resolution for the department assist in the Audit
- Legal training session to the sales, OPS, and credit
- Managing all legal documents and report as per company guideline and Audit requirement
- Verification of document as well as cross verification of title explicit report
- Investigation of legal fraud cases and taking necessary actions
- Physical verification of property document and suspected documents from legal statutory authorities
- Share legal opinions on cases
- Approval and recommendation of OTC/PDD and waiver
- Legal Underwriting and amendment as per legal law.
