Position: Business Head – Consumer Durable Finance Department: Sales & Business Development Industry: Consumer Durable Finance / NBFC Location: Rajasthan We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head – Consumer Durable Finance who will be responsible for managing the overall business, leading the complete team, developing business strategies, and driving growth across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and lead the complete Sales & Business Development team.

- Develop and execute business strategies for Consumer Durable Finance.
- Set monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets for the team.
- Drive business growth through Merchant, Dealer and Channel Partner networks.
- Identify new markets, locations and business opportunities across Rajasthan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and achievement of targets.
- Develop strategies to increase file generation, approvals and disbursements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Collection and Management teams.
- Analyze business data and prepare regular performance reports.




- Take corrective actions wherever business performance is below target.
- Recruit, train, guide and motivate team members.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and business processes.
- Take ownership of overall business growth, team performance and profitability.

Candidate

Profile - Experience in Consumer Durable Finance / Consumer Finance / NBFC / Banking / Retail Finance preferred.

- Strong experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Experience managing a large sales team.
- Robust leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Merchant/Dealer/DSA/Channel Partner business models.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Strong analytical and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel across Rajasthan as required.
