We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team at Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines solid financial acumen with deep understanding of real estate development, regulations, and land/entitlement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and evaluate complex financial models for real estate opportunities
- Assess land title, regulatory, and entitlement issues impacting development
- Work on business development strategy and deal evaluation
- Use real estate databases and market intelligence tools for decision-making
- Evaluate and structure opportunities including stressed assets

Requirements





- 7–10 years of experience in Business Development / Financial Analysis
- Experience with an Indian real estate developer is mandatory
- Exposure to stressed assets will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Excel & MS Office tools
- Solid understanding of real estate regulations and processes

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant / MBA / or both

- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking & analytical mindset
- Team player with excellent process management abilities
