Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in cybersecurity, audit, risk, privacy, and compliance consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage business opportunities across consulting, assurance, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance services.
- Drive opportunities for services including:
- SOC 1 and SOC 2
- ISO 27001 / ISMS
- GDPR and DPDP compliance
- Privacy and data protection assessments
- IT Audit / ITGC
- Risk and gap assessments
- Third-Party Risk Management
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Vulnerability Assessment
- Penetration Testing
- Web and Mobile Application Security Testing
- Network and Infrastructure Security Testing
- Configuration Reviews
- Cloud Security Assessments
- API Security Testing
- Red Teaming
- Source Code Review
- Security Architecture Reviews
- Cybersecurity Maturity Assessments
- Other cybersecurity and technology risk advisory services




- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and client discussions through commercial negotiation and closure.
- Work closely with the Presales and Consulting teams to understand client requirements, define the appropriate solution, and support scoping and client discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.

Preferred Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within cybersecurity, audit, risk, compliance, or consulting services.
- Good understanding of SOC, ISO 27001, VAPT, and related cybersecurity services.
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Experience in professional services or consultative selling is preferred.
